English:
The sound of the rain dripping and a black-and-white piano umbrella
They go well together I’m happy
Lovely red carpet
I wanna be pretty.
I’ll go now to do my cute manicure(1)
Excited, I’m looking forward to seeing you
Heart pounding(2), what will you look like(3)
I wanna be pretty.
I’ll go wearing a beautiful dress
Hey, let me stay here, just because(4)
Pleeeeeease(5)
Hey, hold me gently
looking at me all the while
Candy tumbling about (6) The sound
Echoes in the bed where the fresh sheets became disshevled
I wanna be pretty.
I’ll wait wearing the scent of honey
Hey, let me stay here, just because
Pleeeeeease
Hey, hold me gently
looking at me all the while
Hey, just do it, let it out in here(7)
Pleeeeeease
Hey, do it more gently!!
(You’re acting) cold, you know!
It’s already the last moment of cat dance(8)
I’m sad(9) but
In any case(10), you won’t know me
will you(11)
“Don’t complain hey listen to what I say, really dislike like(12)”
Dripping tears and black shadows flow
It’s a lonely farewell
Solitary(13) red carpet

Notes:
I feel like there are several possible interpretations for this song’s storyline, as far as “what did/didn’t happen” to Cindarella. I’ve left it vague on purpose… because at this point, who REALLY knows??
1. It can also be “to do my nails/get my nails done” but “cute manicure” sounded better than “get my nails done cute.”
2. I’m sharing this because it was new for me lol. Waku waku is a happy kind of excited, whereas doki doki is a nervous anticipation (generally romantic AKA my heart is pounding) kind of excited.
3. Literally “what kind of face will you let me sneak a peek of”
4. いいから (ii kara) literally means “because it’s good”, but it has a more idiomatic meaning. It means something more like “nevermind the explanation, just do it already”
5. お長いだから! (onagaidakara!) literally mean “I’m begging you, do this favor” but “Pleeeeeease!” seemed to best capture the spirit in which this Cindarella would say it.
6. This is a fairly literal translation; but it might mean a lot more because it seems out of place as is. If you can properly explain how this fits the story, please message me. (>_<)
7. This again is fairly literal but I’m 99% positive that this is “cum inside me” although… it seems a rather unnatural way to say “Have sex with me”
8. What exactly is a cat dance? I found only a couple references, same-sex sex and sex where 1 partner is relatively non-participatory (as in bored, uninterested). It might just mean sex, though I could never find anything that said that.
9. 悲死 (kanashii) It’s not a real word when spelled with these kanji, so it’s Hitsugi making word play again. The kanji mean “sad” and “death” so maybe it’s sadness because something has died. What would that something be?? Maybe her idol fantasy, her love, her virginity… you decide!
10. 動背 (douse) This is not a real word either. The kanji mean “movement” and “back” and I read this word play as turning your back to someone, based on the rest of the sentence. Douse is a tricky word. The way it was explained to me is it’s a word used when you already know the outcome, and it’s not what you wanted. Kinda like “yappari” only not happy. Cinderella is about to get dissed and in her heart she already knows.
11. (monone) Apparently this sentence ending is more girlish and whiney than just “ne” and it implies that she’s kinda complaining about the situation.
12. These are part of the printed lyrics but they are not sung in the song. The last part 本当は嫌い好き makes no sense as written. It might be word play… the individual words are “really dislikeable likeable”
13. 娘毒 (kodoku) This is not a real word when made with these kanji. They mean “daughter” and “poison” which seems fitting for the story. But kodoku-na really means solitary or isolated. So by my reasoning, our “poisoned girl” is alone on the red carpet.
